I've had Verizon Connect for almost 2 years now. It has failed and malfunctioned three times; the last time was in May of this year.
I tried to cancel, and they told me I would owe them a bunch of money. I guess they don't understand a contract works two ways. I'm not paying them any more money because they cannot track my vehicle.
It's still showing it in the same place it was on May 3rd of this year. Stay away from these people; they're terrible.

Evidently my email is still attached to a company that I have not worked for in 7 months. Tried to get Verizon to remove my email and they would not cause they needed the company to remove me...do not understand why if I am not seeking info or trying to do anything else but distance myself from them..asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I would be told the same thing from them...told them that was fine...let them tell me.
Was put on hold and then they came back and said supervisor was on the other line with someone else. I said I would wait. Guy said it might be an hour or two.
I said I'd wait...he said they would just call me back. Definitely not good customer service!!!

Just so everyone knows, don't use Verizon Connect for your GPS service. They are liars.
The product does not track the vehicles properly. Their customer support for it doesn't even exist. I left numerous emails trying to get them to fix the problems.
Hours on hold for nothing. Then they made me pay over $3,000 to cancel a non-working service.

Absolute WORST customer service I have ever had the displeasure to deal with! They say someone will contact me within 24-48 hours and no one EVER calls back. While the actual service with the GPS devices is good, it's not worth the HORRIBLE customer service.

The products are very good and coverage is excellent, system easy to use. The problem is customer service.
One department does not communicate with another, so what you agree with one department means nothing to another. Example - we received too many units. We were charged for the extra unit, and it took months to obtain a credit for the overcharge. It took almost a year to get a return authorization on the unused unit.
Additionally, when we terminated our agreement, and signed an agreement re: the cost to do so, the collections department disregarded that agreement and made weekly collection calls to our office, which I am still trying to resolve. This is either a grossly incompetent or deeply dishonest company.

I spent about another 45 minutes on the phone and found out that nothing had been done or started to cancel our contract with Verizon Connect even though I received an email on Jan 27, 2023 that they were going to cancel the contract. Still have not received any instructions on where to return the trackers.
Tech support would not return calls, finally went back to our salesman David Mills and ended up getting in touch with Linett Rios Managing Partner North America SMB Inside Sales. She told David Mills to go ahead with canceling of our contract on January 27, 2023 and we are still being harassed about making payments to them.

Lied to and mislead a then ignored
So I got a iPhone 15 pro from Verizon firstly I went back to Verizon after years of being with out phone service because I thought they were the greatest when I went there the first time well the guy who helped me told me he can give me the se watch with the phone and all I had to pay was the one time activation fee.so I told him that I went through being hacked he said he had apps that would prevent this

My account has been put on hold because of an ongoing case that never gets resolved, I purchased and paid 2 non-powered-asset-trackers but only received one. I am owed a credit for the purchase price and service billed for the one never received, plus I am still being billed for the one that the service was stopped.

cx is missing a unit he is getting billed for a unit he does not have. Cx was supposed to get credit never received it.

The finance department approved $0 Early Termination Fee and credit for the 1 unit that was never shipped to you. I have finished processing the cancellation and shortly you will receive a DocuSign email. Please review and sign.
After you sign a member from the closing department may or may not contact you.
They will finalize and close. If you should receive an invoice with a buyout amount please forward to me.

While the products work once you finally receive them, their billing practices and adding equipment is a nightmare.

Difficult to get on the phone.
Send the wrong equipment.
If you do get someone on the phone you can't understand them

No response from anyone when you need them
We had units removed from the trucks and they did not stop billing us for those units. Then when asked to talk to an account rep no one ever responds.
You hit a dead end street every time. I am very frustrated with them, now they have us in collections what a joke I want to file a suit against them for the worst customer service.

Collections issue for service not used and equipment returned
2-2021, Cancelled service and returned ELD Equipment shortly after receiving(went with another company, Verizon Connect was unable to install in a timely fashion & other circumstances left no choice but to use a different vendor.)
As of today, 11-1-2022, Verizon Connect have turned our company into 2 collections agencies.
Agency #1, McCarthy, Burgess & Wolff chose not to pursue collections after I spoke with them explaining the service had been cancelled, equipment returned and a case# from VC & email as proof. Evidently VC wasnt satisfied with their decision, received letter from Diversified Adjustments 9-2022 hoping to collect $2282.32!
These people have lost their rabbit-ass minds. Yeah, sure, here u go cause Ive been waiting to do just that, give $2282.32 to a company who makes billions a quarter for services not used and property I didnt keep or a collections agency who bought this for Pennys on the dollar for absolutely nothing too.
Companies set their terms, Ive got terms too and I just implemented them

There hasn't been internet service in my area (70444) in over a month and all I get are robot calls and reps that don't listen. We have NO internet or hotspot. None!!!
I pay for wifi and I want wifi. It seems after a month a monkey should have figured out that we don't have internet service and fixed it.
